⏳ Returns & Refunds Eligibility

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:
✅ The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
✅ It should be returned with proof of purchase.

📌 Handmade Variations: Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in wood grain, color, or finish are natural and not considered defects.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a faulty item, please email us at [email protected] with photos of the damage, and we will arrange an exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
